做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
