做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。
