做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
