做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
