做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
