做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
