做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
