做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
