做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
