做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
