做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
