做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
