做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
