做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
