做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
