做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
