做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
