做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品(pǐn )尝。
