做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
