做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
