做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。
