做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
