做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
