做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
