做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
