做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
